A little “bio” bit:
Because Perrianne Brownback so admired the “art” of the natural world, her degrees include a B.S. in Chemistry and an M.S. in Biology. She and her husband, Paul, have led Family Christian Center in Azle, Texas for 17 years where Perrianne has become a student of the ways the church interacts (or fails to interact) with culture. One of her major goals is to help Christians smile (not scowl) in the direction of postmodern society, without fear of compromising the message. A few years ago, she condensed her thoughts into a book, Engaging the Culture, and began to conduct seminars and workshops that expressed her passion. She believes that the capture of the imagination is the key to change and, therefore, her presentations are often humorous and never solely informational. The Brownbacks have three sons and make a valiant attempt to live as a “normal” nuclear family in postmodern society in the bustling metropolis of Azle, Texas.
Perrianne has also written a fiction work, The Sophia Stone, “a story of music, transformation and freedom.”
